The Evergreen have wide Heavy Lift Pneumatic Rolling Airbags in capacities from 70 tons to 380 tons per bag. Evergreen also has a selection of bags with diameters up to 2m in diameter and up to 20m in length to cover virtually all applications.
The current over ground transportation capacity is 10,000 tons.
The deflated Evergreen Heavy Lift Pneumatic Rollers (Airbags) are very flat and can be placed under a grounded or stranded vessel which is hard aground. In a shipyard transportation or launching application as little as 12 inches will provide very quick placement of the Evergreen Heavy Lift Pneumatic Rolling Airbags under a hull. The Evergreen Heavy Lift Pneumatic Rollers (Airbags) operate with very low pressure, 7 – 10 PSI, which is controlled by a custom EVEGREEN designed air manifold which can operate all Evergreen Heavy Lift Pneumatic Rollers (Airbags) simultaneously or individually.
EVERGREEN also provides necessary air compressors, manifold, hoses, support equipment and expertise with all air bag operations.
